The above rates are applicable for rentals at your event. If you require a rental for use before or after the event, please speak with a Scootaround operator prior to booking.

Two forms of coverage are offered at an additional cost; Equipment Protection and Cancellation Protection.
Rental rates are subject to change based on availability. Guarantee your rates and your equipment by booking early!
Certain cities may require a minimum 3-day rental and/or an additional delivery fee if a hotel delivery is involved - please inquire when booking.
For convention rentals, your equipment may be taken offsite as required with the full daily rate applying regardless of time the equipment is returned the following day (e.g. If you rent a scooter on Monday and return it Tuesday at noon, a 2-day charge will apply). If a scooter is taken offsite overnight, you (the customer) will be responsible for the charging the equipment and you will also need to purchase Damage and Loss Coverage.

Standard Scooters

Standard-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 300lbs.
Models are offered with three or four wheels, depending on availability.
All scooters are outfitted with front basket for easy convention material storage.
Scooters include padded armrests and adjustable swivel seat for easy entrance.

Manual Wheelchairs

Manual wheelchairs are suitable for passengers weighing up to 250lbs.
Chairs are outfitted with padded armrests and comfortable plastic handrims for comfortable operation.
Adjustable elevating footrests are included on all chairs.
Chairs are lightweight and maneuverable.

Equipment Pickup Location

The Scootaround booth and rental equipment will be located adjacent to the North FedEx Kinko's Business Center on Level One near Hall C1 at the West end of the Grand Concourse.

With the Las Vegas Convention Center offering over two million square feet of exhibit space, an electric scooter or wheelchair will ensure that you are able to see as much of the event as possible. Directions from McCarran Airport:

Drive East on Wayne Newton Blvd. (which will become S Swenson St.) then turn left onto E Harmon Ave. Turn right onto Paradise Road and drive approx. 1.6 Miles to the convention center.

Rental Guidelines

Your electric scooter is a state-of-the-art device designed to increase your mobility and enhance your travel experience. Please be aware that the correct care and operation of the scooter is your responsibility. If you are unsure how to operate the scooter, please ask your Scootaround representative for assistance prior to operating the vehicle. If you are unfamiliar with operating the scooter in crowded areas such as a convention or a tradeshow, please take some added time to practice the safe operation of the vehicle. Here are some further points to consider:

• Always use added caution when driving in a crowded area.
• Equipment must not be used in wet or muddy areas.
• Equipment must not be driven on sharp inclines or declines.
• Scooter and Powerchair users must be 18 years or age or older.
• Operation of the equipment by persons other than the assigned renter is prohibited.
