The above rates are applicable for rentals at your event. If you require a rental for use before or after the event, please speak with a Scootaround operator prior to booking.

Two forms of coverage are offered at an additional cost; Equipment Protection and Cancellation Protection.
Rental rates are subject to change based on availability. Guarantee your rates and your equipment by booking early!
For convention rentals, your equipment may be taken offsite as required with the full daily rate applying regardless of time the equipment is returned the following day (e.g. If you rent a scooter on Monday and return it Tuesday at noon, a 2-day charge will apply). If a scooter is taken offsite overnight, you (the customer) will be responsible for the charging the equipment and you will also need to purchase Damage and Loss Coverage.

Standard Scooters

Standard-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 300lbs.
Models are offered with three or four wheels, depending on availability.
All scooters are outfitted with front basket for easy convention material storage.
Scooters include padded armrests and adjustable swivel seat for easy entrance.

Heavy Duty Scooters

Heavy-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 250lbs.

Manual Wheelchairs

Manual wheelchairs are suitable for passengers weighing up to 250lbs.
Chairs are outfitted with padded armrests and comfortable plastic handrims for comfortable operation.
Adjustable elevating footrests are included on all chairs.
Chairs are lightweight and maneuverable.

Equipment Pickup Location

During certain events, Scootaround will operate an On-Site Rentals Booth, located in the Lower Lobby, under the escalators by the Taxi Drop-Off. At times when there is not a Scootaround On-Site Rentals Booth, equipment rentals are facilitated through the Sands Business Center, located outside of Hall G on the Lower Level. Venue Information - Sands Expo and Convention Center

With the Sands Expo and Convention Center's 1.8 million square feet of available exhibit space, an electric scooter or wheelchair will ensure that you are able to see as much of the convention as possible. And what's more, you can use your scooter to visit some of the attractions that Las Vegas has to offer such as the Strip, Bellagio Fountains, Stratosphere Tower, Fremont Street Experience and much more.

Directions from McCarran Airport:

Start going toward the Airport Exit on E. Sunset Road. Turn RIGHT on South Las Vegas Blvd. (NV-604 N) and go approx. 3.8 miles then turn right on Sands Avenue. Proceed to 201 Sands Avenue and the Expo Center.

Rental Guidelines

Your electric scooter is a state-of-the-art device designed to increase your mobility and enhance your travel experience. Please be aware that the correct care and operation of the scooter is your responsibility. If you are unsure how to operate the scooter, please ask your Scootaround representative for assistance prior to operating the vehicle. If you are unfamiliar with operating the scooter in crowded areas such as a convention or a tradeshow, please take some added time to practice the safe operation of the vehicle. Here are some further points to consider:

• Always use added caution when driving in a crowded area.
• Equipment must not be used in wet or muddy areas.
• Equipment must not be driven on sharp inclines or declines.
• Scooter and Powerchair users must be 18 years or age or older.
• Operation of the equipment by persons other than the assigned renter is prohibited.
