Rental Rates

The above rates are applicable for rentals at your event. If you require a rental for use before or after the event, please speak with a Scootaround operator prior to booking.

Advance reservations close the day before the event start date. After the event start date, rental requests will be handled on a walk-up basis, subject to equipment availability. Guarantee your equipment by booking early!
Two forms of coverage are offered at an additional cost; Equipment Protection and Cancellation Protection.
Rental rates are subject to change based on availability. Guarantee your rates by booking early!
Certain cities may require a minimum 3-day rental and/or an additional delivery fee if a hotel delivery is involved - please inquire when booking.
Your equipment may be taken offsite as required with the full daily rate applying regardless of time the equipment is returned the following day (e.g. If you rent a scooter on Monday and return it Tuesday at noon, a 2-day charge will apply). If a scooter is taken offsite overnight, you (the customer) will be responsible for charging the equipment and you will also need to purchase Equipment Protection and Cancellation Protection.

Standard Scooters

Standard-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 300lbs.
Heavy Duty mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 250lbs.
Models are offered with three or four wheels, depending on availability.
All scooters are outfitted with front basket for easy convention material storage.
Scooters include padded armrests and adjustable swivel seat for easy entrance.

Equipment Pickup Location

The scooter booth is located near the rest area / food vendor area on the west side of the main entrance to the Speedway.

Venue Information - Texas Motor Speedway

With the Texas Motor Speedway occupying 1000 acres (the second largest sports facility in America), a motorized scooter will ensure that you can see as much of the event as possible. And what's more, you are free to use your scooter to visit other attractions that Fort Worth has to offer such as the Stockyards National Historic District, the Kimbell Art Museum, Sundance Square, Fort Worth Water Gardens and much more.

The Texas Motor Speedway is located 20 miles north of downtown Fort Worth, at the corner of Interstate 35W and State Highway 114.

Directions from Ft. Worth - Take Interstate 35W north from Fort Worth. Exit on SH 114 and turn under the overpass to the speedway. Alt.- Take Interstate 35W to U.S. 287 North. Left on U.S. 287 to FM 156. Right on FM 156 to SH 114. Right on SH 114 to the speedway.
Directions from Dallas - There are a variety of routes from Dallas to Texas Motor Speedway. However, because of the volume of traffic associated with most major races at the facility, the following route is recommended: North from Dallas on Interstate 35E to Denton, TX. At the junction of I35E and I35W, head back south on Interstate 35W. Exit right on SH 114 to the speedway.
Directions from Denton - Take Interstate 35W south from Denton, exit right on SH 114. Alt.- Take U.S. 380 west from Denton, turn left on FM 156 south to SH 114. Left on SH 114 to the speedway.

Rental Guidelines

Your electric scooter is a state-of-the-art device designed to increase your mobility and enhance your travel experience. Please be aware that the correct care and operation of the scooter is your responsibility. If you are unsure how to operate the scooter, please ask your Scootaround representative for assistance prior to operating the vehicle. If you are unfamiliar with operating the scooter in crowded areas such as a convention or a tradeshow, please take some added time to practice the safe operation of the vehicle. Here are some further points to consider:

Always use added caution when driving in a crowded area.
Equipment must not be used in wet or muddy areas.
Equipment must not be driven on sharp inclines or declines.
Scooter and Powerchair users must be 18 years or age or older.
Operation of the equipment by persons other than the assigned renter is prohibited.
