Hours of Operation

Service Center in
West Concourse

Monday - Sunday
8:00AM - 5:00 PM
(after hours, please call our toll-free hotline at 888-441-7575)

North and South Concourse Locations

Operates same hours as the FedEx/Kinko's Business Center -- open only for events in these two buildings.

Emergency paging pager services are available outside these hours.

Mobility equipment can be picked up from the FedEx/Kinko's Business Centre in the West Concourse -- Monday through Sunday from 8am-5pm.

Mobility Equipment at the OCCC

Scootaround provides the following equipment for rental use at the OCCC:

Standard Scooters

Standard scooters at the Orange County Convention Center
  • Standard-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 350lbs.
  • Models are offered with three or four wheels, depending on availability.
  • All scooters are outfit with front basket for easy convention material storage.
  • Scooters include padded armrests and adjustable swivel seat for easy entrance.

Heavy Duty Scooters

Heavy Duty scooters at the Orange County Convention Center
  • Heavy-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 450lbs.
  • Models are offered with three or four wheels, depending on availability.
  • All scooters are outfit with front basket for easy convention material storage.
  • Scooters include padded armrests and adjustable swivel seat for easy entrance.

Manual Wheelchairs

Manual Wheelchairs at the Orange County Convention Center
  • Manual wheelchairs are suitable for passengers weighing up to 450lbs.
  • Chairs are outfitted with padded armrests and comfortable plastic handrims for comfortable operation.
  • Adjustable elevating footrests are included on all chairs.
  • Chairs are lightweight and maneuverable.

Standup Scooters

Manual Wheelchair
  • Vertical ride (standing) scooter suitable for passengers weighing up to 300lbs.
  • Simple 3-wheel design means instant riding
  • Adjustable handlebars suitable for all rider heights
  • Secure platform absorbs bumps for added comfort
  • Hand brakes and horn included for safety
  • 6mph riding speed, (similar to a standard electric mobility
    scooter)

Scooter Canopy

Scooter canopies at the Orange County Convention Center
  • Provides shelter from sun and heat and light rain.
  • Shade attaches to seatrails and swivels with the seat.
  • Canopy detaches easily for transport.
    Rear utility basket for carrying personal items.
  • Basket has cover for secure item storage.
