Rental Rates

Standard Scooters

Standard-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 300lbs.
Models are offered with three or four wheels, depending on availability.
All scooters are outfitted with front basket for easy convention material storage.
Scooters include padded armrests and adjustable swivel seat for easy entrance.

Manual Wheelchairs

Manual wheelchairs are suitable for passengers weighing up to 250lbs.
Chairs are outfitted with padded armrests and comfortable plastic handrims for comfortable operation.
Adjustable footrests are included on all chairs.
Chairs are lightweight and maneuverable.

Equipment Pickup Location

We are providing hotel deliveries only for this event (there is no rental booth at the event venues). Please speak with a Scootaround operator about your hotel details when booking your rental equipment.

This event will take place across two venues, the Washington State Convention Center and the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. Read more information about each venue below.

With the large coverage area of these venues, an electric scooter or wheelchair will ensure that you are able to see as much of the convention as possible. Driving Directions:

The Washington State Convention and Trade Center is conveniently located in downtown Seattle with our main entrance on the corner of 7th and Pike Streets.

Directions From I-5 Southbound - Take Stewart Street exit (exit #166) then turn Left on Boren Avenue. Turn Right on Seneca Street then Right on 8th Avenue and proceed until you see the garage on your right.
Directions From I-5 Northbound - Take Madison Street/I-90 exit (exit 164A) then follow signs to Madison Street/Convention Place. Turn Right on Madison Street then Left on 8th Avenue until you see the garage on your Right.
Directions From I-90 Westbound - Take I-5 Northbound to Madison Street then follow signs to Madison Street/Convention Place. Turn Right on Madison Street then Left on 8th Avenue until you see the garage on your Right.

Driving Directions:

From East - Driving Westbound on Interstate 90, proceed on Interstate 90 to Interstate 5 North; Take the Madison Street Exit; Turn left onto Madison Street; Follow Madison and turn right onto 6th Avenue; Continue on 6th Avenue for four blocks; The hotel will be on the right.
From North - Driving Southbound on Interstate 5, exit the interstate at Union Street; Proceed for one block to 6th Avenue; Turn right onto 6th Avenue; Continue one block; The hotel entrance will be on your right.
From Seattle-Tacoma International Airport - Follow State Route 518 Eastbound to Interstate 5 Northbound (Seattle); Take the Seneca Street exit (exit will be on your left); Turn right immediately onto 6th Avenue; Drive north on 6th Avenue for two blocks; The hotel is on the right; Turn right into the entrance for valet parking and drop-off.
From South - Driving Northbound on Interstate 5, take Seneca Street exit (Exit 165) on your left; Turn right immediately onto 6th Avenue; Follow 6th Avenue past Union Street;The hotel is on the right.

If you are unsure how to operate the scooter, please ask your Scootaround representative for assistance prior to operating the vehicle. If you are unfamiliar with operating the scooter in crowded areas such as a convention or a tradeshow, please take some added time to practice the safe operation of the vehicle. Here are some further points to consider:

Always use added caution when driving in a crowded area.
Equipment must not be used in wet or muddy areas.
Equipment must not be driven on sharp inclines or declines.
Scooter and Powerchair users must be 18 years or age or older.
Operation of the equipment by persons other than the assigned renter is prohibited.
