Rental Rates

Please call 1-888-441-7575 today for the rental rates that will apply at this event. If you require a rental for use before or after the event, please speak with a Scootaround operator prior to booking.

Two forms of coverage are offered at an additional cost; Equipment Protection and Cancellation Protection.
Rental rates are subject to change based on availability. Guarantee your rates and your equipment by booking early!
Certain cities may require a minimum 3-day rental and/or an additional delivery fee if a hotel delivery is involved - please inquire when booking.
Your equipment may be taken offsite as required with the full daily rate applying regardless of time the equipment is returned the following day (e.g. If you rent a scooter on Monday and return it Tuesday at noon, a 2-day charge will apply). If a scooter is taken offsite overnight, you (the customer) will be responsible for the charging the equipment and you will also need to purchase Equipment Protection and Cancellation Protection.

Standard Scooters

Standard-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 300lbs.
Models are offered with three or four wheels, depending on availability.
All scooters are outfitted with front basket for easy convention material storage.
Scooters include padded armrests and adjustable swivel seat for easy entrance.

Manual Wheelchairs

Manual wheelchairs are suitable for passengers weighing up to 250lbs.
Chairs are outfitted with padded armrests and comfortable plastic handrims for comfortable operation.
Adjustable footrests are included on all chairs.
Chairs are lightweight and maneuverable.

This event will take place across two venues, the Los Angeles Convention Center and the J.W. Marriott. Read more information about each venue below.

The Los Angeles Convention Center is conveniently located at the intersection of the Santa Monica Freeway (10) and the Harbor Freeway (110).

Driving Directions:

From the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) - Take the Century Boulevard exit to the Century Freeway (105) East. Take the Harbor Freeway (110) North to the Santa Monica Freeway (10) West. Exit at Pico Boulevard and proceed northward.
From the Burbank Airport - Exit the airport via Empire Avenue. Turn left on Hollywood Way (note direction sign to the Golden State Freeway (5) South at Empire and Hollywood Way Intersection), take the Golden State Freeway (5) South to the Harbor Freeway (110) South. Exit at Olympic Boulevard. Turn left at the bottom of the off-ramp onto Blaine St. Turn left on 11th Street.
From the Long Beach Airport - Exit the airport via E. Donald Douglas Drive. Turn right on N. Lakewood Blvd. Take ramp onto (405) Freeway North toward Santa Monica. Take the Harbor Freeway exit onto (110) Freeway going north toward Los Angeles. Take the Santa Monica(10) Freeway and exit toward Pico Blvd. Continue on Cherry Street. Turn right on West Pico Blvd. Turn left on South Figueroa Street. Arrive at 1201 South Figueroa Street on the left.
From Union Station - By Metrolink Rail: Take the Metro Red Line. Exit at 7th Street then transfer to the Metro Blue Line (Long Beach). Exit at Pico Boulevard Station. Then walk one block west to Figueroa Street.

From LAX to the JW Marriott - Travel SOUTHBOUND on Sepulveda Blvd. Take the 105 Freeway EAST. Continue onto 110 Freeway NORTH. Exit 9th St then RIGHT on Flower St. Turn RIGHT on Olympic Blvd - property address: 900 West Olympic Boulevard. From JW Marriott to LAX: Turn LEFT out of the hotel onto Olympic Blvd. Turn LEFT on Blaine St. Take 110 Freeway SOUTH. Continue onto 105 Freeway WEST. Follow the signs toward LAX.
From Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena (BUR) - Take Interstate-5 Fwy South toward Los Angeles, Take the exit onto CA-110 South/Pasadena Fwy toward Los Angeles, Take the Olympic Blvd exit, Turn right on Blaine St., then the first right onto Olympic Blvd.

Your electric scooter is a state-of-the-art device designed to increase your mobility and enhance your travel experience. Please be aware that the correct care and operation of the scooter is your responsibility. If you are unsure how to operate the scooter, please ask your Scootaround representative for assistance prior to operating the vehicle. If you are unfamiliar with operating the scooter in crowded areas such as a convention or a tradeshow, please take some added time to practice the safe operation of the vehicle. Here are some further points to consider:

Always use added caution when driving in a crowded area.
Equipment must not be used in wet or muddy areas.
Equipment must not be driven on sharp inclines or declines.
Scooter and Powerchair users must be 18 years or age or older.
Operation of the equipment by persons other than the assigned renter is prohibited.
