Rental Rates

Please call 1-888-441-7575 today for the rental rates that will apply at this event. If you require a rental for use before or after the event, please speak with a Scootaround operator prior to booking.

Two forms of coverage are offered at an additional cost; Equipment Protection and Cancellation Protection.
Rental rates are subject to change based on availability. Guarantee your rates and your equipment by booking early!
Certain cities may require a minimum 3-day rental and/or an additional delivery fee if a hotel delivery is involved - please inquire when booking.
For convention rentals, your equipment may be taken offsite as required with the full daily rate applying regardless of time the equipment is returned the following day (e.g. If you rent a scooter on Monday and return it Tuesday at noon, a 2-day charge will apply). If a scooter is taken offsite overnight, you (the customer) will be responsible for charging the equipment and you will also need to purchase Damage and Loss Coverage.

Transportable Scooters

Standard-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 300lbs.
Models are offered with three or four wheels, depending on availability.
All scooters are outfitted with front basket for easy convention material storage.
Scooters include padded armrests and adjustable swivel seat for easy entrance.

Accessible Information

For guests that require the use of wheelchairs or scooters, many Disney attractions disabled access. View the following list to see which attractions offer mobility access:

For those with ambulatory requirements: Some attractions require their guests to walk unassisted or to be assisted by members of their party.
For those requiring wheelchair access: Many attractions permit guests to remain in their wheelchair during the ride or attraction.
For those requiring wheelchair transfer: Some attractions require that guests transfer from their wheelchair to a specified ride vehicle. This transfer can be done by the rider themself or with assistance from a member(s) of their party.
ECV / Scooter Transfer to Wheelchair: Some attractions require that guests transfer from their Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV / Scooter) to a wheelchair provided by the attraction. The rider can then transfer from the wheelchair to the ride vehicle by themself or can be assisted by a member(s) of their party.

Accessible Parking - There are designated parking areas for guests with disabilities. These areas are provided throughout Walt Disney World and can be accessed by showing with a valid disability parking permit.

Theme Park Parking - Disabled guests that can walk short distances and step up to the courtesy tramway are asked to park in the main parking lots for the following attractions: Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and the Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Upon embarking, the tramway will transport riders to the Entrance Complex. Parking areas for guests with mobility disabilities and/or those traveling with personal wheelchairs is available adjacent to the Entrance Complex at each of the four listed parks. If you require further information or directions on parking options, please inquire at the Auto Plaza. Standard parking rates apply for these areas.

Your electric scooter is a state-of-the-art device designed to increase your mobility and enhance your travel experience. Please be aware that the correct care and operation of the scooter is your responsibility. If you are unsure how to operate the scooter, please ask your Scootaround representative for assistance prior to operating the vehicle. If you are unfamiliar with operating the scooter in crowded areas such as a convention or a tradeshow, please take some added time to practice the safe operation of the vehicle. Here are some further points to consider:

Always use added caution when driving in a crowded area.
Equipment must not be used in wet or muddy areas.
Equipment must not be driven on sharp inclines or declines.
Scooter and Powerchair users must be 18 years or age or older.
Operation of the equipment by persons other than the assigned renter is prohibited.
