Rental Rates

The above rates are applicable for rentals at your event. If you require a rental for use before or after the event, please speak with a Scootaround operator prior to booking.

Two forms of coverage are offered at an additional cost; Equipment Protection and Cancellation Protection.
Rental rates are subject to change based on availability. Guarantee your rates and your equipment by booking early!
Certain cities may require a minimum 3-day rental and/or an additional delivery fee if a hotel delivery is involved - please inquire when booking.
For convention rentals, your equipment may be taken offsite as required with the full daily rate applying regardless of time the equipment is returned the following day (e.g. If you rent a scooter on Monday and return it Tuesday at noon, a 2-day charge will apply). If a scooter is taken offsite overnight, you (the customer) will be responsible for charging the equipment and you will also need to purchase Damage and Loss Coverage.

Standard Scooters

Standard-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 300lbs.
Models are offered with three or four wheels, depending on availability.
All scooters are outfitted with front basket for easy convention material storage.
Scooters include padded armrests and adjustable swivel seat for easy entrance.

Manual Wheelchairs

Manual wheelchairs are suitable for passengers weighing up to 250lbs.
Chairs are outfitted with padded armrests and comfortable plastic handrims for comfortable operation.
Adjustable elevating footrests are included on all chairs.
Chairs are lightweight and maneuverable.

Equipment Pickup Location

When you arrive at the event, look for Scootaround signs at 3 designated gates (see above map) and wait by these signs for the Scootaround Booth Shuttle. This shuttle will bring you directly to the Scootaround Booth located in the garages beside the Sprint/Nextel Fanzone. The sign for Gate 7 can be found beside the Scootaround tent under the Grandstands -- the sign for Turn 4 is located near the Turn 4 Tunnel -- the sign for Gate 40 can be found beside the Vendor Registration tent.

With the speedway's enormous 480-acre motorsport complex, an electric scooter or wheelchair will ensure that you are able to see as much of the convention as possible. And what's more, you can use your scooter to visit the many attractions that Orlando has to offer such as DisneyWorld, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, The Kennedy Space Center and much more.

Driving Directions

From the North on I-95 - Travel South on I-95 to exit 261A, International Speedway Blvd., US 92
Turn East onto International Speedway Blvd., US 92. Travel approximately one mile and DAYTONA USA's entrance will be on your right at NASCAR Drive.
From the West on I-4 - Travel East on I-4 to Exit 129, US 92 (International Speedway Blvd)
Continue East on International Speedway Blvd., US 92. Travel approximately one mile and DAYTONA USA's entrance will be on your right at NASCAR Drive.
From the South on I-95 - Travel North on I-95 to exit 261, International Speedway Blvd., US 92
Turn East onto International Speedway Blvd., US 92. Travel approximately one mile and DAYTONA USA's entrance will be on your right at NASCAR Drive.
From the West on US 92 (International Speedway Blvd.) - Travel East on US 92, International Speedway Blvd. After driving under I-95, travel approximately one mile DAYTONA USA's entrance will be on your right at NASCAR Drive.

DAYTONA USA is located just 60 miles from Orlando, St. Augustine and the Kennedy Space Center.

Rental Guidelines

Your electric scooter is a state-of-the-art device designed to increase your mobility and enhance your travel experience. Please be aware that the correct care and operation of the scooter is your responsibility. If you are unsure how to operate the scooter, please ask your Scootaround representative for assistance prior to operating the vehicle. If you are unfamiliar with operating the scooter in crowded areas such as a convention or a tradeshow, please take some added time to practice the safe operation of the vehicle. Here are some further points to consider:

Always use added caution when driving in a crowded area.
Equipment must not be used in wet or muddy areas.
Equipment must not be driven on sharp inclines or declines.
Scooter and Powerchair users must be 18 years or age or older.
Operation of the equipment by persons other than the assigned renter is prohibited.
