Rental Rates

Please call 1-888-441-7575 today for the rental rates that will apply at this event. If you require a rental for use before or after the event, please speak with a Scootaround operator prior to booking.

Two forms of coverage are offered at an additional cost; Equipment Protection and Cancellation Protection.
Rental rates are subject to change based on availability. Guarantee your rates and your equipment by booking early!
Certain cities may require a minimum 3-day rental and/or an additional delivery fee if a hotel delivery is involved - please inquire when booking.
For convention rentals, your equipment may be taken offsite as required with the full daily rate applying regardless of time the equipment is returned the following day (e.g. If you rent a scooter on Monday and return it Tuesday at noon, a 2-day charge will apply). If a scooter is taken offsite overnight, you (the customer) will be responsible for the charging the equipment and you will also need to purchase Damage and Loss Coverage.

Standard Scooters

Standard-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 300lbs.
Models are offered with three or four wheels, depending on availability.
All scooters are outfitted with front basket for easy convention material storage.
Scooters include padded armrests and adjustable swivel seat for easy entrance.

Manual Wheelchairs

Manual wheelchairs are suitable for passengers weighing up to 250lbs.
Chairs are outfitted with padded armrests and comfortable plastic handrims for comfortable operation.
Adjustable elevating footrests are included on all chairs.
Chairs are lightweight and maneuverable.

With the large coverage areas at the Long Beach Convention Center and AirportFest (at the Long Beach Airport), an electric scooter or wheelchair will ensure that you are able to see as much of the event as possible. And what's more, you can use your scooter to visit some of the attractions that Long Beach has to offer such as the International City Theatre, Aquarium of the Pacific, Long Beach Museum of Art, Rancho Los Cerritos, and much more.

FROM LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - Take the San Diego Freeway (405) south to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot, or as advised by directional signage.

FROM LONG BEACH AIRPORT - Take Lakewood Boulevard south to the San Diego Freeway (405). Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot, or as advised by directional signage.

FROM THE JOHN WAYNE (ORANGE COUNTY) AIRPORT - Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.

FROM SOUTHERN ORANGE COUNTY - Take the Santa Ana Freeway (5) north to the San Diego Freeway (405). Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.

FROM NORTH ORANGE COUNTY AND THE VALLEYS - San Gabriel & Pomona Valleys take the Orange Freeway (57) or San Gabriel Freeway (605) to the Riverside Freeway (91) to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.

Directions:

From the 405 Freeway to the airport terminal - Exit Lakewood Boulevard northbound. Proceed past Spring Street and turn left at the next stop light, Donald Douglas Drive.

From the 405 Freeway to remote parking - Lot D - Same as above directions, but do not turn left at Donald Douglas Drive. Instead, continue north to the next street, Conant Street, and turn right and then make another quick right into Lot D.

From the 91 Freeway: To the airport terminal - Exit Lakewood Boulevard and proceed southbound approximately four miles. Turn right at Donald Douglas Drive.

From the 91 Freeway: To remote parking - Lot D - Same as above directions, but you will need to turn left at Conant Street (one block north of Donald Douglas Drive). After turning on to Conant Street, Lot D will be on your right.

Rental Guidelines

Your electric scooter is a state-of-the-art device designed to increase your mobility and enhance your travel experience. Please be aware that the correct care and operation of the scooter is your responsibility. If you are unsure how to operate the scooter, please ask your Scootaround representative for assistance prior to operating the vehicle. If you are unfamiliar with operating the scooter in crowded areas such as a convention or a tradeshow, please take some added time to practice the safe operation of the vehicle. Here are some further points to consider:

Always use added caution when driving in a crowded area.
Equipment must not be used in wet or muddy areas.
Equipment must not be driven on sharp inclines or declines.
Scooter and Powerchair users must be 18 years or age or older.
Operation of the equipment by persons other than the assigned renter is prohibited.
