Rental Rates

• Damage and cancellation insurance is available for all rentals at an additional cost.
• Different rates may apply for hotel deliveries in certain cities.
• A minimum 3-day rental must be processed for hotel deliveries in certain cities.
• Rental rates are subject to change based on availability at the time you place your order. As always, we suggest that customers book well in advance in order to guarantee the listed rates.

Scooter Information

Mobility Scooter (models may vary)

• Standard-weight mobility scooters are suitable for passengers weighing up to 300lbs.
• Models are offered with three or four wheels, depending on availability.
• All scooters are outfitted with front basket for easy convention material storage.
• Scooters include padded armrests and adjustable swivel seat for easy entrance.

Wheelchair Rental Information

Manual Wheelchair (models may very)

• Manual wheelchairs are available in various sizes with weight capacities up to 450lbs, depending on availability.
• Chairs are outfitted with padded armrests, footrests, and plastic handrims for comfortable operation.
• Chairs are lightweight and maneuverable.

With the Pennsylvania Convention Center's 143,000 square feet of available exhibit space, an electric scooter or wheelchair will ensure that you are able to see as much of the event as possible. Rental Guidelines

Your electric scooter is a state-of-the-art device designed to increase your mobility and enhance your travel experience. Please be aware that the correct care and operation of the scooter is your responsibility. If you are unsure how to operate the scooter, please ask your Scootaround representative for assistance prior to operating the vehicle. If you are unfamiliar with operating the scooter in crowded areas such as a convention or a tradeshow, please take some added time to practice the safe operation of the vehicle. Here are some further points to consider:

• Always use added caution when driving in a crowded area.
• Equipment must not be used in wet or muddy areas.
• Equipment must not be driven on sharp inclines or declines.
• Scooter and Powerchair users must be 18 years or age or older.
• Operation of the equipment by persons other than the assigned renter is prohibited.
