may be scheduled up to 3 days in advance. ACCESS requests are taken 7:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Saturday, Sunday

- Disneyland
Information - For guests that require the use of wheelchairs or scooters,
many Disney attractions disabled access. View the following list to see which
attractions offer mobility access:
- For
those with ambulatory requirements: Some attractions require
their guests to walk unassisted or to be assisted by members of their
party.
- For
those requiring wheelchair access: Many attractions permit guests
to remain in their wheelchair during the ride or attraction.
- For
those requiring wheelchair transfer: Some attractions require
that guests transfer from their wheelchair to a specified ride vehicle.
This transfer can be done by the rider themself or with assistance from
a member(s) of their party.
- ECV
/ Scooter Transfer to Wheelchair: Some attractions require that
guests transfer from their Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV / Scooter)
to a wheelchair provided by the attraction. The rider can then transfer
from the wheelchair to the ride vehicle by themself or can be assisted
by a member(s) of their party.
- Accessible
Parking - There are designated parking areas for guests with
disabilities. These areas are provided throughout Disneyland and can be
accessed by showing with a valid disability parking permit.
- Theme
Park Parking - Disabled guests that can walk short distances
and step up to the courtesy tramway are asked to park in the main parking
lots for certain attractions. The Disneyland Resort reserves spaces for
cars displaying a handicap plate or placard (in state or out of state).
A tram is required to get from most Disneyland parking lots to the main
entrance. If for any reason you are unable to use the tram, a van is available
for transportation to and from the main entrance. Just notify any parking
lot Cast Member and they will summon it for you. If you require a wheelchair
at all time, the park recommends taking the van even though the tram can
accommodate wheelchairs.
