MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- Emergency
Towing Service - When your vehicle
must be towed for repairs ADA will send
our service provide to perform the service
at no charge to you.
- Urgent
Para-transit Lift Service - This benefit
provides for free transportation for members
who use a a wheelchair or scooter when
a motor vehicle is towed away for repairs.
- Lift
Ramp Service - When the lift ramp
on your vehicle becomes inoperable due
to electrical malfunction or for minor
mechanical repair ADA will dispatch to
your location a qualified service technician
to assist.
- Flat
Tire Change - When your vehicle has
a flat tire ADA with dispatch a service
provide to change your flat or providing
towing.

Fuel Delivery Service - When a
vehicle runs out of fuel or other fluids
an emergency supply sufficient to reach
the nearest service station will be brought
to the disabled vehicle.
- Battery
Jump Start - A battery jump will be
provided in an effort to start your vehicle.
If the vehicle will not start, towing
will be provided. We will upon request
provide battery assistance to your power
wheelchair or scooter.
- Unlock
Service - When keys are locked in
the passenger compartment of the vehicle,
the service person will attempt to gain
access. If the vehicle cannot be opened,
it may be towed.
- Locksmith
Service - When keys are locked in
the trunk of your vehicle, lost, stolen
or broken, ADA locksmith service will
be provided.
- Extrication/Winching
Service - When a vehicle becomes stuck
ADA will send our service provider to
extricate the vehicle.
- Evacuation
Assistance - Flood, Fire, Hurricane
and Earthquake. Include ADA as a reliable
resource for assistance in coordinating
the services you need when you need them.
- Non-emergency
Medical Response Assistance - When
you need assistance locating a qualified
health professional in your community
or across the nation ADA can help.
- Trip
Planning Assistance - When traveling
by vehicle ADA will go before you on your
chosen route to locate fueling station
to assist with refueling when you arrive.
ADA will assist you with locating accessible
destination that will accommodate your
scooter or wheelchair.
- Ramp
Van Purchase Assistance - When it
is time to replace your lift ramp vehicle
ADA Nationwide will provide up to four
referrals to the most trusted dealers
who provide vehicle modifications for
