One-Call, We Do it All

To help your claims department with their mobility equipment repair requirements, we provide the following helpful services for active airline-related mobility claims:

1) Pickup and Delivery

  • Scootaround will dispatch a member of our network to gather the damaged equipment from its location, be it airport, home or business.
  • Once the equipment is repaired, we will arrange to have the equipment delivered to the customer's location and we will also retrieve the rental equipment, if such was required.

2) Rent-Repair-Replace

  • Your customer will be provided with a suitable mobility equipment rental for the duration of the claim, if a rental is required as part of the solution.
  • Scootaround's Equipment Repair Experts will assess the damaged equipment and provide a comprehensive quote to ensure the most cost-effective solution.
  • If the equipment is deemed repairable, we will order the necessary parts and have them installed according to factory-specifications.
  • If the equipment is deemed unrepairable (or if the cost of repair outweighs the cost of a replacement unit), a new unit can be ordered and delivered to the customer.

3) Nationwide Network

  • Scootaround's network of repair depots extends across the nation with locations existing in most major cities.
  • Our widest-area coverage area allows us to source the nearest repair depot and arrange for the quickest return for your customer's mobility device.

4) 7-Day Coverage

  • Scootaround can be reached 7-days a week during regular business hours. This gives you the piece of mind that your customer's needs can be met regardless of weekends or holidays.
  • For after-hours and emergency service, Scootaround technical representatives are reachable by pager.

How Do I Get Started?

Call us Toll-Free at 1-888-441-7575 or send an e-mail to airlineservice@scootaround.com and provide us with your equipment information. That's all we need to begin the process. A Scootaround One-Call Representative will gather some basic details from you so we can initiate the claims process.

You may also use the Intake Form on the right to complete the pertinent details needed to intitiate a claim. Once complete, fax the form to us and one of our representatives will contact you directly at the phone number(s) provided.
